As Benchmark’s client liaison, Emily looks forward to assisting clients and advocating for their insurance needs. She always welcomes a challenge and loves meeting new people.
Emily has worked on the carrier side in Customer Service, Enrollment Services, Claims Payments and Appeal reviews. This is paramount to her ability to get medical claims paid that have been denied and in helping our clients write appeals letters. She also works with providers to get billing problems corrected on their end. Emily has over 42 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been a faithful employee for Benchmark for over 20 years.
In addition, Emily is Benchmark’s office manager, and she supports the Benchmark staff.
Emily is an Oklahoma licensed insurance agent, a member of the Oklahoma City Health Underwriters Association, and the National Health Underwriters Association.
Emily has seen it all and can fix anything!
